Deadline Schedule

For those submitting quarterly data:

Individual company reports, such as the HiFi, Gap, and Bud will be processed and posted on the website within 7 days of receipt of the data. The person submitting the data will receive an email that the reports are posted. 

Definitions:
Discount Deadline = The last date to submit your trial balance and receive the discounted rate.
Cuttoff Deadline = The last date to submit your trial balance and still have your information included in the reports.
  Reports Posted = The date we commit to publish the reports on our website.

**NOTE:  Based on several users’ requests, we’ve made a change to the discount deadline! The CoopMetrics discount deadline for each quarter is now 45 days after your company’s fiscal quarter close. This is to allow for a little fairness (it’s hard to meet the May 15th deadline when the fiscal quarter ends April 30th) and to spread out the workload a little (we’ll be able to receive and process the fiscal quarters that end before March 31 earlier).  As always, we accept unadjusted Trial Balance files by your deadline as long as you upload the adjusted TB as soon as it is ready.
