Compile Error

In most cases, Excel automatically installs the "Analysis Toolpak" and the "Analysis Toolpak - VBA" add-ins - free programs from Microsoft that provide data analysis functions.

In some cases, such as the student edition of Microsoft Excel, the add-ins are not automatically installed.

If you get a message about a "compile error in a hidden module", then most likely these add-ins are not installed. It's easy and quick to install them.

Be sure to install both the "Analysis Toolpak" and the "Analysis Toolpak - VBA."
