Security Warnings

How should I handle security warnings or errors in my internet browser?

We recently changed the way our security certificate works to make it easier for our users while maintaining a high level of security for the data and reports in our data warehouse.

For best results, you will need one of the following internet browsers:

• Internet Explorer (7 or 8)
• Firefox (2 or 3)
• Chrome
• Safari

You must also make sure that you have installed all of the latest updates for Windows. 

If you are using a browser NOT listed above, the Startcom certificate authority must be trusted.

Please contact us if, after following the instructions above, you are still getting security warnings.
