*NOTE: Many commonly reported issues with our tools can be solved by downloading the most recent version of the tool from our website.  Please log in to the secure are of the website my clicking on the blue Member Login link above.  Once you've clicked on "View Reports & Charts," compare the date on the most recent file available on the website to the date on the file you are having trouble with.  In many cases, an updated version of the tool will solve your problem.

Problems with Set Up:

If you are having difficulty getting the CompanyCube to run on your computer for the first time, please follow these steps:

  1. Have you successfully installed ASOLEDB?  Here's how to check.
  2. Are your macro settings correct in Excel?  Here's how to check.
  3. Is your Excel version supported? Here's how to check.

Excel Issues:

Q: In Excel, why aren't the changes I'm making in some cells affecting the values in other cells?
